This talk and meditation is designed for those who are wanting to grow themselves, both personally and spiritually. This meditation consists of a talk and a meditation to assist you in getting to know all parts of yourself, the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. The talks will range from discussing thoughts, emotions, the nature of reality, psychology, enlightenment, the true self, metaphysics, manifesting and a whole array of spiritual concepts. The meditations will take many different forms all in the name of growing your connection to your spirit and overcoming obstacles that get in the way of you living your truth. While the talks and meditation are not religious in nature they may at times incorporate religious ideologies ranging from Zen Buddhism, Christianity, Taoism, Non-Dualism and New Age.
